Fremont, CA – Thanks to the Sobrato Family Foundation’s 2:1 Challenge Grant, donations to Tri-City Health Center (TCHC) will mean even more in 2019. This two-year grant not only includes a base donation for 2019, but it also offers additional funds in 2020 if TCHC succeeds in its 2019 Challenge goal. If successful, TCHC can raise significant funds over the next two years.
Supporting TCHC’s general operations, this grant will help the organization continue fulfilling its mission to provide healthcare to all of southern Alameda County, regardless of background or financial situation. Through this grant, TCHC can expand its services to fill every barrier for those that need care.
In 2018, TCHC served more than 26,000 patients in 165,000 visits. Along with Vision, Behavioral Health and Dental services, TCHC offers an array of specialty care, including Pediatrics, Podiatry and Chiropractic care. With seven locations throughout Fremont – an eighth set to open this fall – TCHC is proud to be the only Federally Qualified Health Center in Fremont.
The Sobrato Family Foundation is a family-oriented foundation dedicated to helping create and sustain a “strong and vibrant Silicon Valley” by stewarding resources and serving others.
