Tri-City Health Center Awarded SAC Grant Funding Through 2020

Fremont, CA, December 28, 2016 – Tri-City Health Center has been awarded a Service Area Competition (SAC) Grant provided by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

As the governing body of Health Centers around the United States, HRSA has granted 63 health centers their share of over $256 million in grant funding to ensure continued access to comprehensive, culturally competent, quality primary health care services for communities and vulnerable populations currently served by the Health Center Program. “As a recipient of the SAC funding, Tri-City Health Center is excited to continue its dedicated service and access to health care within Southern Alameda County; providing Primary, Vision, Dental, and Behavioral Health Care to over 25,000 patients.” said Tri-City Health Center CEO, Dr. Zettie Page
