Farewell Dr. Higgins, Ellie and Oscar!
Dr. Higgins, who served as our primary doctor for the past 15 years, has moved on, effective March 30th. We want to thank him for his compassion and excellent care. We will miss him. In April, he began volunteering on Mondays for a few hours to help us with the transition until we find a new doctor. We are also sad to report that Ellie and Oscar moved on as well this past April. Although we are sad to see some of the long-time employees of the State Street Site go, we want to wish them well in their journey of self-improvement. We want to thank each of them for the enrichment and progress in Health Care change they each contributed to Tri-City Health Center during their time here with us. Their commitment to the evolution in health care here at State Street will not go unnoticed or unappreciated.
