Mr. Gannon started at TCHC as the Chief Operating Officer in 2019. He came to TCHC with 10 years of senior leadership experience in community health and social services. He is an adaptive leader who embraces evidence-based quality improvement, multi-disciplinary collaboration, and innovative, bold solutions to our community’s greatest challenges.
Prior to joining TCHC, Mr. Gannon was the Vice President of Community Impact at Aloha United Way in Honolulu, Hawaii. As Vice President, Mr. Gannon launched cross-sector initiatives in early childhood development, active aging and senior health, and homeless prevention services. He oversaw gifts-in-kind, call center services, Honolulu’s Homeless Coordination Center, Volunteer Hawaii and the AmeriCorps VISTA program. He also served as the Chief of Community Health Services at Waikiki Health, where he was responsible for operations and fiscal oversight of the organization’s community health programs. These programs included medical and behavioral health services for homeless individuals and families, drop-in center for homeless youth, family planning health education and clinical services, women’s health clinic, HIV Early Intervention Services, and HIV and Hepatitis C case management.
As the COO of TCHC, Mr. Gannon helps guide the realignment of service care teams and processes to optimize clinical operations across the permanent and mobile service delivery system.
