Carroll-Anne graduated from Indiana University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology. After serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer, she attended medical school at A.T Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona from 2011-2015. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson, Michigan in 2018. She also served as chief resident her final year of residency. Currently, Carroll-Anne is a Community Medicine- Health Disparities fellow with Kaiser Permanente Oakland.
