I believe that every human being deserves to be cared for in a non-discriminatory and compassionate manner. I always strive to make sure that every patient visit is maximized in terms of the service and care provided. My strong assets are active listening, encouragement and teaching/education. My goal is to be an instrument for my patients to reach their highest potential in life.
I was born and raised in the Philippines. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Health Education at the University of the Philippines. I received my Associate degree in Nursing in Hayward, CA & graduated with honors in 1994. I spent 6 years of bedside nursing until the good Lord changed my path towards Administrative Nursing. I am currently employed at Tri-City Health Center as Diabetes Case Manager and work part time at Kaiser Permanente as Medical Advise Nurse.
I have been with Tri-City Health Center since January, 2001. It has been such a blessing to have the joy & privilege of helping our patients overcome their health issues and eventually achieve a better quality of life.
I am fluent in Tagalog, and speak some Spanish. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family & friends, traveling, singing, watching movies & reading the bible. I enjoy hiking, bowling & riding the bicycle.
